I'm aware of the Uncle Seiko and Steel Reef links. I've been thinking that the Uncle one might just do the trick. Problem is, the lack of perfect fit has more to do with the shape of my wrist and the length of the clasp. See my post from February 2021 which shows a picture of my wrist with the watch on it. It outlines the shortcomings. The Steel Reef link could be the solution, but it's a pricey one.
From what I've read online, the bracelet on the new Tudor Pro GMT has an adjustable clasp which should fit the BB58. Another expensive solution.
Either way, I'll see if some exercise will bulk up my forearms a little. I do recall my wrists being a little thicker once upon a time.
Thanks for the info, thanks for stopping by, and get that Railmaster! The 36mm models do turn up from time to time and their value is creeping up. teeritzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05421337385763144173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1373508591984404978.post-77832753948343422382022-10-24T13:39:46.455-07:002022-10-24T13:39:46.455-07:00Teeritz - I found your blog some years back when o...Teeritz - I found your blog some years back when on the hunt for a 36mm Omega Railmaster. Your review/story is still one of my favorites, though I still don't have the watch. I stumbled upon this post and saw your note about the Black Bay 58 and the lack of a perfect fit, and thought I'd offer two solutions in the event you haven't seen them:

Uncle Seiko Black Bay 58 half link - https://unclestraps.com/products/tudor-bb58-1-2-link-for-stock-bracelet

Steel Reef Black Bay 58 "Easy Link" extension -- https://steel-reef.com/en-us/products/black-bay-58-extension-half-link

I have one half link, plus the on-the-fly extension, on my Black Bay 36 and it fixed that little annoyance for me, for about $160 USD all in. Maybe it will do the same for you. If it's Summer where you are, try a Gin & Tonic with a couple of slices of cucumber (yes, you heard me. Cucumber) instead of lemon.
Other drinks are a Gimlet and a Gin Rickey. And then there's the drink du jour, the Negroni. Equal parts Gin, Campari and Red Vermouth. I think it's an okay drink, but a little overrated, as every man and his dog seems to be drinking them nowadays. A little too bitter, a little too sweet. Like life at times, I suppose. teeritzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05421337385763144173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1373508591984404978.post-50618965039323824632022-06-05T20:33:43.665-07:002022-06-05T20:33:43.665-07:00Fun reading your updates as always.
